One of the greatest joys in life is making people feel better. This includes sharing the gift of health and wellness on many levels, through exercise, diet, flexibility, massage therapy, skin care, and most importantly, self-appreciation and positive living. I can honestly say that the rewards and self-fulfillment from helping people all day is priceless. As a massage therapist of 21 years, I have witnessed many of my colleagues either ending their career through emotional burnout or physical injury. This inspired me to search for ways to sustain emotional and physical wellbeing while working in the health and wellness
